As a Crew Member, you will:
Provide amazing customer service,
Clean often and thoroughly,
Prepare and checkout orders from start to finish,
Assist with food prep,
Assist with unloading and sorting delivery trucks,
Complete daily store cleaning, safety, and maintenance task lists, and
Other tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
As a Shift Lead, you will do all the jobs of a Crew member in addition to:
Leading and running excellent shifts,
Overseeing daily task list completion and quality,
Using communication skills to motivate team members,
Helping resolve customer issues when a manager is not available,
Leading by example with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, and
Embracing policies and standard operating procedures.
